Need to track your package? Just click the "Track Your Order" link in the header. You can then enter your tracking or order number to get updates on your order.
You can also check your shipping email or order status page for your tracking number. It usually takes a few days for the tracking info to update after your order has shipped.
We process and fulfil orders between 1-3 business days. If you haven't received your shipping email after 3 days, please contact us. We'll gladly resolve any order issues.
We work directly with the factories that make our goods. So, your order may ship from global areas like China, Taiwan, and India. We ship directly from our partners in these countries. Your item may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination.
Delivery to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe usually takes 5-15 business days.
We always choose the quickest shipping option for the country. Please do not panic if the order does not arrive right away; it's on its way. If 4 weeks have passed since your order day and your product is not delivered, contact us. We will gladly resolve any issue.
We’re committed to your satisfaction with a 100% guarantee! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back policy from the date you receive your order. If your item arrives damaged, you can choose a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. Please note, however, that we cannot issue refunds for items damaged after they’re in your possession.
It's usually because our customers entered their email incorrectly. We send multiple emails during the purchase process. These include an order and a shipping confirmation emails. If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us. We will resolve the issue for you.
Sure can! If your order was placed less than 90 minutes ago, you can update your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Just scroll to the bottom of your order confirmation email or the Thank You page. Then, click "edit" to make these changes. Your current order will be cancelled and refund issued right away so you can place a new order with the correct shipping information.

If you placed your order within the last 90 minutes, you’re able to cancel and receive a full refund. To make changes, click the Cancel button on the Thank You page or the order confirmation email at the bottom of the page.
If more than 90 minutes have passed, we may not be able to cancel or adjust your order. Please reach out to us here, and our dedicated comfort consultants will review your request. While our fulfillment center works quickly to process orders, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
We do not receive your funds immediately. A credit card may be cleared and the purchase approved. But, it can take several hours to days for the funds to go through. Likewise, when we issue a refund, we just send the request to your bank.
How long it takes for your bank to reinstate the funds depends on your bank and their business hours. With PayPal, all refunds are usually received immediately.
Covered shipping guarantees that your order will be replaced if it is confirmed lost or stolen by the courier. Without covered shipping, we may not be able to replace orders lost or stolen in transit.
You can upgrade to covered shipping at checkout for extra peace of mind.
